Shipping 

 Our production/shipping time takes about 5 to 7 business days.

 

Return Policy

 

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

 

Returns

 

1, Contact us with your name,email,order number and a brief statement about your order(s)

 

2.  All items must be returned in brand new condition with their original manufacturer’s packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 5 days after purchase. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.

 

3.  For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

 

4. If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, we're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.

 

5. If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.

 

6.When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only. Some products may also be assessed a 15% restocking fee - please ask if you are unsure. Additional restrictions may apply, please contact us for more information.

 

Replacement and Refund

 

1Quality Issues:

We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 3 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.

 

2Non Quality Issues:

If a customer returns a product, within 7 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, we will offer an 85% refund.(15% is for the shipping fee which cannot be returned)

 

Note:

 Opened software and video games cannot be returned for refund or store credit,
